Thuso actively recruits graduates from the world’s leading universities, as well as experienced experts from a range of sectors.  Prospective candidates should be willing to work in hardship conditions, in some of the world’s most challenging contexts.  Candidates who have undertaken service in the military, and individuals with combat medicine, mountaineering, and weapons-handling skills are particularly encouraged to apply, as are capable linguists.  While most successful applicants hold a Master’s degree from Oxford, Cambridge, or an Ivy League institution, non-graduates are encouraged to apply where they consider their experience, skills, and qualifications would be of benefit to Thuso, and the communities it works with.
